"Family Christmas
The location was perfect for what we needed, local beaches close by, an absolute must when travelling with a 4 year old. Sadly however, the cottage fell short of our expectations. We arrived with a very excited hungry, thirsty little boy who we couldn't let out of the car until the cottage had been hoovered right through and the kitchen and bathroom cleaned by us, not what you expect when paying good money to stay here. Instructions on how to use appliances etc were nowhere to be found, the freezer was frozen solid and we couldn't even open it, therefore we needed to shop more than we wanted to. One of the beds was falling apart. There were no local Doctor/hospital numbers in case we needed them, nor was there anything to tell us when the rubbish would be collected. We had a problem with the front door lock every time we used the door. Needless to say we were very disappointed and certainly wouldn't stay here again." - 2 star rating
