With superb sea views, just a few steps from the sandy beach of Gorran Haven, this popular and brightly decorated, spacious, 19th-century cottage, one of four converted from a pair of Victorian dwellings, is ideal for a traditional seaside holiday (beach furniture is provided). For those more energetic it is also adjacent to the South Cornwall Coastal Path, leading to awe-inspiring, rewarding cliff/beach walks and access to the National Trust headland. Picturesque Mevagissey, Charlestown Harbour, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, National Maritime Museum, Caerhay’s Castle, Pentewan Cycle Trail, farm shops and local pubs are within easy reach, as are golf, tennis, surfing, kayaking, sailing, sea fishing and numerous other beaches. The village has a post office which is also the general store/bakery/off licence. It also serves freshly cooked meals all day and has a licensed bar for your convenience.
