About Stithians Lake Country Park

With sailing, windsurfing, Kayaking, canoeing, archery and climbing activities available, the centre provides modern and well-equipped facilities both on and off the water. Tuition, launch and equipment hire are offered and further details of all the facilities at this lake can be found on our Outdoor + Active page. In addition to the Outdoor + Active centre there is also a children's play area overlooking the lake, a trim trail for those who enjoy land based fitness, and a cycle way leading to the dam. We are pleased to have the guys from Explorer Cycle Hire based on site to cater for all your cycling needs. With over five and a half miles of bank, walkers and bird watchers will enjoy the peaceful surroundings and bird hides. As if all this was not enough we have the fantastic Cafe Nova based within the watersports centre, a great place to grab a coffee and some of Hayley's famous cake's or some of the other delights on offer. Sit back and enjoy the fantastic views of the lake.
