About Sandymouth Beach

Pebbles at high tide, sand at low tide when Sanymouth (or Sandy Mouth if you prefer) joins up to Northcott Mouth and other stretches of beach. The further away from the Bude beaches the quieter it gets. Dog friendly throughout the summer (and winter, obviously..) National Trust owned and has lifeguards and facilities making it a good family beach if you want to get out of the town! Path from the car park to beach may not be suitable for all. Not suitable for surfing beginners.
